WHAT IS THE BEST FUNNEL FOR YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE?
The #1 response we received was, 'Which funnel should I use?'
And it makes sense…
With so many funnels on offer, how do you know which is best for you and your business?
If you've read DotCom Secrets, you'll be familiar with this image: It DotCom Secrets, Russell explains, the best funnel for you is typically decided by the price of the product you're offering.
Here are Russell's recommendations: First Step (Getting users to opt-in): - Lead "Squeeze" Funnel
- Survey Funnel
- Summit Funnel
Second Step (Selling a $1 - $99 Offer): - Book (Free+Shipping) Funnel
- Cart Funnel
- Challenge Funnel
Third Step ($100 - $2000 Offer): - Video Sales Letter Funnel
- Webinar Funnel
- Product Launch Funnel
Fourth Step ($2000+ Offer): These funnels are best at selling offers in those price ranges.
So now, when you're thinking about which funnel is best for your offer, simply match the funnel type with the price of your offer.
QUICK BONUS: But, what if you don't have a value ladder built out and you are actually looking to create your first product…
Where should you start?
Depending on your market, many funnel hackers recommend starting on the third step because it's often easier to become profitable with higher ticket items, and you can use this revenue to build the lower steps of your value ladder.
If you want a deep dive into these funnels and see exactly how to get them to convert, grab yourself a copy of DotCom Secrets here.

When selling products or services, people are naturally inclined to focus purely on the positives.
You want your potential customer to know just how good it is.
Why would you even share the negative stuff?
While this seems like the sensible route to take, it turns out studies have shown that sharing a damaging admission could actually increase sales significantly.
WHY IT WORKS
Imagine you're in a conversation with someone at a party. You ask them what they do for work and they say, "I'm a chef. I can cook the best Italian food you have ever eaten."
On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you believe them?
Not much, right?
How about if instead they said:
"I'm a cook. I'm terrible at cooking Asian food. I'm even worse at cooking American food. But I can cook the best Italian food you have ever eaten."
You believe them more, right?
This is because when you share a damaging admission, whatever comes after is believed more.
You can also use this technique to make the downsides of your product or service amplify the positives.
The ad below was said to have been run by the explorer Ernest Shackleton with incredible results. Although the validity of the ad is debated, it still provides a great example of this technique: This approach, known as 'Negative Selling' or 'Damaging Admission', subconsciously triggers trust in the listener.
You can use it on your ads, your landing pages, your webinar, anywhere that you want to build trust.
Just be sure to give two or three 'damaging admissions' followed by a positive. 🧑🏫 Can someone teach you funnel secrets while eating the World's hottest chip?

THE FUNNEL ALL E-COMM BUSINESSES NEED TO BE USING With Black Friday coming up this week, there have been a few articles doing the rounds about businesses that rely on Black Friday to survive.
Without the hype and high discounts, they struggle to remain profitable.
If you have a traditional e-commerce website and want to protect yourself from this fate, you need to try Cart Funnels.
Whether you are selling fishing gear, supplements, or any other type of physical product, Cart Funnels are an amazing way to bring customers into your world and increase your average order value dramatically.
On a traditional e-commerce website, customers visit the site, buy one, maybe two items and then leave.
However, with a cart funnel, it's not uncommon to see customers buy 5, 10, even 15 products in one go!
Here's how they work: In a cart funnel, instead of offering your visitor multiple products, ask yourself, what is the most popular product we have?
That's the product you present them with.
The next question to ask yourself is what product goes great with this? That's going to be your order form bump.
Once they buy these two items, what else do they need? That could be the first upsell.
The idea is instead of putting everything in front of them at once, you present them with different products in a logical order.
This simplifies the buying process and increases their typical order.
One person who has had significant success with this is Trey Lewellen.
Trey launched an offer for a flashlight, followed this format, and made $20 million dollars within 8 weeks!
Trey recorded a video breaking down exactly how he sets up his high-converting cart funnels.
