Hi Gordon, The average price for a detached house in Greater Vancouver is well north of $1 million, in a city where the median household income is around $76,000. Vancouver may not necessarily be the most expensive city in the world, but it is the third most unaffordable city in the world. And yet, it’s where I chose to live for years, despite making his living online.
