can I see your funnels? (UTS Day 2)

my CRAZY goal for today…

My goal for day two of our new flagship event, Unlock The Secrets, would probably make most business school professors cry… ha ha! It was to simplify everyone's business plans down to TWO PAGES. Their funnels and their value ladder... that's it. Because the truth is, those are two of the most important things an entrepreneur can get clear on. In fact, if I can see a businesses funnels, I can usually tell if they'll be walking across the stage to get a Two Comma Club Award or not. (That's just a crazy byproduct of living and breathing funnels for the last 15+ years!) So no matter where everyone was in their business, I had them lay their funnels and value ladders out in front of them. Experienced business owners sifted through everything they had going on…  Those just starting out took some ideas that I gave them and ran... By the end of today, everyone was able to: Choose their four core products or services to sell (did you know there are only four steps to the value ladder?!) Create offers around those core products or services (we increased the value of the core products by adding bonuses!) Determine how much they should charge for their offers (which is where a LOT of people get stuck...) Plan out their order bumps, upsells, and downsells (we filled out the ENTIRE funnel structure to increase their Average Cart Value!) Simplify their value ladder (most businesses have too many confusing steps and prevent their customers from sticking and ascending!) Choose the type of funnel they needed for their core offers (I taught the 12 core funnels, and showed everyone the benefits of each type of funnel for every step of their value ladder) If that sounds like a lot to do in one day... that's because it IS! This was an insane amount of stuff to cover, but when I was planning this whole thing out I knew I couldn't skip ANY of it. My goal with this event is to leave everything I've learned in my career on the stage. By the end of these three days, I will have taught concepts from DotCom Secrets, Expert Secrets, and Traffic Secrets. I will have revealed stuff only my Inner Circle has heard me say before. It really is my legacy event.
