Virtually everyone I know who is successful… is a MASTER at creating frameworks. They build systems from their knowledge that others can follow to get similar results.
Here's how you build your framework (save this email)...
Step 1 — Find Point A & Point B
Where is the person starting out? And where are you going to take them? What is the destination?
Step 2a — The Big Steps
What are the big steps or milestones on their journey to achieve the goal?
Step 2b — The Little Steps
What are the little steps within the big steps — the daily or weekly actions they'll need to take to accomplish their goal?
Step 3 — The Rules
What are the rules of your framework? The things they should do and shouldn't do.
Step 4 — Name It
What is the name of your system? Give it a name to claim it as your own… something your audience hasn't seen before will make it feel fresh and new.
That's how I create frameworks like a madman haha.

How I Make $15…
Hey Funnel Hacker,
What if I told you that, on average, it costs me about $23 to sell just one copy of my book, DotCom Secrets, through ads?
You'd probably think I'm losing money…
Because you can get the book for free on the landing page!
But I have a secret ;)
Even though the book is free and only requires you to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling… I make $15 every time I sell a book.
Here's how…
At checkout, we have an order bump for people to add the audiobook to their order for an additional $37. That has a 20% conversion rate.
After people confirm their order, there's a $97 upsell to one of my courses, which has about a 9% conversion rate. Finally, there's a second upsell for $297 that has about a 4% conversion rate.
Let's do the math…
Our average cart value is about $37.71. Subtract the $23 it costs me to sell one book, and I'm left with a $15 profit…
…on giving away a book for FREE.
Not only that… but those customers now have access to tons of my content, my ideas, and my help… and they're very likely going to come back in the future and maybe even sign up for ClickFunnels :)
See how this works?
A book funnel… isn't just about the book.
It's just as much about the order bumps and upsells.
My mentor Dan Kennedy once said, "Whoever can spend the most money to acquire a customer… wins."

Answer: Because the sooner you see where the funnel is failing, the faster you can get it fixed. The launch is just the first match, or the first test. I need to see what happens on each page of the funnel... how many clicks, how many join my list, what percentage of them bought, and more. After I see all the data, then I can figure out what changes I need to make to create a perfect funnel.

Answer: Focus on growing the relationship by serving them. Don't ask them to help you right away as it will put them off. Keep working your way into your Dream 100, and eventually, you will be invited as a guest on their own shows. Just like Russell did when he was interviewed by Tony Robbins on HIS Facebook page about his new book. During Russell's launch week, that video was seen over 2.8 million times!
